Featured templates are live, with occasion-based pages and free publishing for all hosts
Featured templates are here. We curated a set of Party Props templates organized by occasion, and hosts can now browse them at a dedicated page for each event type. The homepage chips that cycle through event categories now link directly to those pages so new visitors land somewhere useful.
Publishing a template to the gallery is now free on all plans. Previously it was a Pro-only feature. We want the gallery to grow, and locking it behind a paywall was getting in the way of that.
On the builder side, the Answers tab now opens a clear modal on mobile instead of a hover popover that iOS Safari tended to ignore. The modal explains exactly when answers go live so hosts and guests are never left wondering.
Under the hood, we migrated the database to flag featured templates and store occasion and author information, and we added developer-only endpoints for managing featured content going forward.
